FIRE PROTECTION

Special jacketing materials used in ThermoHelp covers provide fire protection for control and processing equipment in chemical and petrochemical plants and pipeline installations. These materials readily passed the processing industry's 15-15 test (15 minutes in a hydrocarbon fire at approximately 1500°F).

FREEZE PROTECTION

ThermoHelp covers help maintain process parameters and prevent damage to equipment and instrumentation even under severe outdoors weather conditions. We custom-design our products to accommodate steam or electric heat tracing that currently exists on the equipment. As an option removable insulation covers with built-in electric tracing can be supplied.

SAFETY SHIELDS

We supply a full range of standard and custom-designed safety shields for the prevention of injury and damage in the event of chemical sprayout. Safety shields come transparent to allow visual inspection of pipe joints, or with built-in pH sensitive patch indicating the leak of an aggressive chemical.
