When dealing with a large area and multiple sources of noise, an acoustic curtain is the ideal choice. Acoustical curtains are capable of reducing noise levels in the range of 8 – 12 dBA. They also provide easy access to the area for maintenance purposes. Our acoustic curtains are usually mounted using grommets on a metal frame.

Acoustic covers are used when a high level of noise reduction is required ( > 12 dBA) and high temperatures (> 350 °F) is involved or if you have a single source of noise. For acoustic covers to be effective, they must be tight, form fitting, and cover as much of the exposed surfaces as possible. Also, Acoustic vinyl flaps cover seems to minimize noise escaping through them. No metal pins are used in the covers to avoid sound transmission through them. Sometime, piping and flanges of the noise sources are included to protect from excessive vibration.
